Steps to Reproduce

Login to teams client with a particular user Link/unlink to ServiceNow a couple of times Add this user to Catalog Request Approvers > $1000 Groups Impersonate as a different user and request a catalog worth >$1000 Now the approver user gets multiple approve/reject notifications for the same Request.

Workaround If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In section to determine the latest version with a permanent fix your instance can be upgraded to.
