Issue Description: The size of pop up view for the reference fields in variable editor is very small

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to any Quebec instance 2. Import the attached remote update set, preview it, and commit it. It adds a variable set to the Access catalog item with a layout 4-variables across. 3. order the Access catalog item in UI16, populating the four reference fields 4. go to the resultant sc_req_item record created when you ordered 5. switch to the Default view of the form if needed to see the variable editor 6. scroll down and click the reference preview icon on the right-most reference variable in the variable editor

Actual: reference popup is too narrow to be useful (see attached screenshot) Expected: readable popup

Workaround This problem has been fixed. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In or Intended Fix Version fields to determine whether any versions have a planned or permanent fix.
