Even after below settings, the attachments are being searched: 1. Add the following attributes to the kb_knowledge table "attachment_index=false,text_index_attachment_displayed=false" - Right-click the form header and select Configure > Dictionary. - Click the Attributes tab. - Click New and add the following values. 2. Need to regenerate text index for kb_knowledge - go to system defniniton> text index > kb_knwoledge - click the regenerate text index UI action.
