Navigate to any OOB Orlando or NY Instances. 2. Create new dictionary entry for list type[Name - incident_list ] and create choices as "IT", "Mechanical", "Computers" etc . 3. Open any 2-3 existing incidents in form view and assign any of the choice to Incidents from Incident_list. 4. Go to incident.list and search with incident_list contains ITExpected - Incidents should filter which has values selected as"IT". Actual - It returns empty as it searches against sys_id of value "IT"WorkaroundAfter carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or future releases.
