This is unexpected.ResolutionThe 'Include Alive' checkbox functionality is no longer supported. Dev has removed the include alive button from the discovery schedule form as part of 'PRB1250860' in London release but documentation was not updated. Dev team has worked on the documentation and could now see the updated document from Orlando and later.
