[Field Service] [Android] - UI action "View Knowledge" does not display any content.
The "View Knowledge" does not display any content.
Steps to Reproduce
- Install Field Service Management with demo data (com.snc.work_management.demo).
- On the Agent app, log in as an agent.
- Open any task which is assigned to you from My Work Applet.
- Once the task is opened, navigate through the '...' icon and select View Knowledge.
Notice that the Knowledge page shows an empty container.
This problem has been fixed. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In or Intended Fix Version fields to determine whether any versions have a planned or permanent fix.
