Agent Workspace - Attachment Upload Indicator - Paris vs QuebecSummaryIn Paris classic/platform UI, there is an indicator bar that shows the attachment is uploading: In Paris Agent Workspace there is no such indicator. Only once the upload is done, the file is visible in the attachments area. There is no indication that the upload is in progress. Also, a green dot will be displayed next to the paper clip. Note: The green dot is available only in the legacy workspace, it is not supported in configurable workspaces Related LinksIn Quebec, the attachment dialog box allows the renaming of the file. Also, it displays a moving bar to indicate uploading is ongoing. It is not a % progress bar.
