CausePortal or Knowledge articles are loaded on WebViews through the "me" pages e.g mesp. Certain mobile portal pages have unique lists of roles that govern access. If these pages are not configured with the appropriate roles, then users will be unable to view the corresponding articles.ResolutionUnder Service Portal ➔ Pages, look for the mobile pages which are being denied. Some of the mobile pages are: item_mobile_previewme_kb_viewmesp_indexme_kb_commentsme_take_survey Once the desired page is located, select it and modify the "Roles" section to include the specific role that is required for access to that page. After making the necessary changes, save the modifications.
