Employee Forms - How is it related to the HR Case/Task?DescriptionEmployee Forms - How is it related to the HR Case/Task?ResolutionYou may have noticed that the Assessment Instances created from your Employee Form responses do not populate a Trigger ID and it appears that there is no relation to the corresponding Case/Task. The Trigger ID is not populated in this case and is expected. The relationship is between the HR Task and the Assessment Instance, not the HR Case. On an HR Task, there is a field called "Survey Instance" (survey_instance) which holds the reference to the related asmt_assessment_instance record.
