An Error "Something went wrong and your request could not be submitted" is displayed when submitting Catalog itemsIssue While submitting some Catalog items from the Service Portal, an error message, "Something went wrong, and your request could not be submitted. Please contact your system administrator" and the order never completes.CauseExecution plan value is showing as sys_id instead of the proper valueResolutionA variable having a reference to a table that doesn't exist on the instance is to cause for this problem. It is advised to turn off the variables till the instance has the custom tables. OR Post copying the instance, the execution plan value for the relevant catalogue item displays as "sys_id" rather than the correct value. Therefore, the issue can be fixed by providing the correct workflow, flow, or execution plan name.
