Cause When the lists are built using UI builder, then roles must be defined to access the lists. The roles were not defined in the sys_ux_applicability_m2m_list table for the corresponding list Resolution The below steps must be followed to define roles:

Create a new record in the sys_ux_applicability_m2m_list table and set up a suitable record to specify which users can access a given list. Select the list Select the applicability (which roles) that can access the list Note:
