Ensure the settings "Native accessibility API support" and " Web accessibility" are both checked (leave this tab open)4. Open agent workspace5. Go to any lists and open any records6. Try and click on the "Lists" tab and you will see the browser becomes unresponsiveWorkaroundThe current workaround is as follows: For Chrome: type chrome://accessibility/ in your URL. For Edge: type edge://accessibility/ in your URL. Check whether 'Native accessibility API support' and 'Web Accessibility' are set to true. If they are set to true, inform your users to turn them off as a workaround.” Your company may have some policies to re-enable the accessibility settings.
