Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a KB article with anchor links. i.e. 2. Go to the article in portal 3. Click on the anchor link and copy it 4. Paste the link to the URL and hit Enter

Actual behavior: KB article is displayed starting from the top Expected behavior: KB article is displayed starting from the anchored link
