ESC portal has long load time when completing a video task Description When completing out of box activity for Onboarding video task, the ESC portal takes over 10 seconds to load, and the page reloads a couple of times before finishing.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Pre-Hire activity set for LE New Hire Onboarding (Demo). 2. Add a new task, same as found in Pre-boarding activity set for onboarding video. 3. When creating this, set HR template to 'Watch Onboarding Video'. This is the same set up as in Pre-boarding activity set but we are making it the first task for the new user. 4. In /esc open the Catalog item New Hire Onboarding (Demo). 5. Fill in the required information and submit. This will redirect to a URL like: /esc?id=hrm_ticket_page&sys_id= &table=sn_hr_le_case . 6. Leave that page open, and, in another tab, impersonate the new user created. 7. Refresh the page in the portal from step 5. Click complete for the Onboarding video task. The page takes over 10 seconds to load, and it loads a few times before completing and showing the next tasks.

Workaround This problem has been fixed. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In section to determine the latest version with a permanent fix your instance can be upgraded to.

NOTE : Test it in a sub-production environment before applying to production. Before a future patch upgrade, ensure these files are reverted first, as these are modified and will skip the upgrade fix.
