Steps to Reproduce

Access your instance Navigate to Portfolio Planning Workbench and open any portfolio. Edit any of the Proposed Budget entries - See the display error on Total Budget field. Workaround If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In section to determine the latest version with a permanent fix your instance can be upgraded to.
