While opening "CMDB Query Builder" shows an error "Problem loading Query error" Issue While trying to open "CMDB Query Builder page" and the window will show an error message "Problem loading Query error"

Steps to reproduce: Login to Instance Type "CMDB Query Builder" in navigation bar and then "CMDB Query Builder" will open in a new window. On the new window, will notice an error "Problem loading Query error"

Cause NULL (empty) records are created on table "qb_saved_query"

Resolution Navigate to table "qb_saved_query" and make sure there are no empty records are created on the table.
