On Agent Workspace the Post Comments button doesn't disappear when State is on Hold - Awaiting CallerSummaryOn platform UI when an Incident is set to On Hold - Awaiting Caller, the Additional Comments field becomes mandatory and the Post button is hidden. On Agent Workspace the Comments field is mandatory but the Post Comments button is not hidden Customer queried if this is as designed or a defect/issue.Related LinksSteps to reproduce:On the platform UI:Open/create any incident that is in New/In progress stateChange State to On Hold and On hold reason to Awaiting CallerOOB Behaviour:The Additional comments field becomes mandatory and the Post button below the field disappearsOn Agent workspace:Open the same/any incident in New or In Progress stateChange the State to On Hold and the On hold reason to awaiting callerOOB Behaviour:If you click Save without entering any text in the comments field, a message appears stating that the mandatory field is not filled in.The Post comments button is still visible but greyed out. If you enter text it becomes available.If there is text in the Comments field and you click the Post comments button before clicking Save, the text is added to the comments and the field is clearedIf after this you click the Save button, the message appears again stating that the mandatory field is not filled in.So the OOB behaviour is that you cannot Save unless there is text in the Comments field. Clicking the Post comments button before Save clears the text and prevents the record from being savedOn agent workspace the Post comments button doesn't disappear/get hidden Based on OOB behaviour this seems to be working as designed.
