Create a custom portal with knowledge bases configured 2. Configure KB home page as kb_search 3. Navigate to the portal you created > select Knowledge 4. Select any knowledge base and open any article on it 5. Then, in the [Knowledge Breadcrumbs] widget, click on the Knowledge base link When you use the kb_search as KB homepage of your portal and click on the Knowledge Base in breadcrumbs, it is going to kb_search, however it is not filtering the knowledge base Actual behavior: Knowledge Base of the Knowledge article you have opened is not selected in the filter facet, and page is the same as clicking "Knowledge". Expected behavior: Knowledge Base should open in kb_search and should have the Knowledge Base selected in the filter facetWorkaroundPlease see Fixed in versions In order for breadcrumb url to work as expected with Knowledge base filter, it is expected from customer that whatever KB home page is configured should support kb_id as argument to filter knowledge base. In the present defect kb_search expects kb_knowledge_base in the url parameter to filter knowledge base and not kb_id , hence the knowledge base and knowledge category breadcrumb was not filtering the articles based on knowledge base and knowledge category.Related Problem: PRB1515202
