AWA: 'Allow agent to reject' setting is ignored on Queue TransferDescription- AWA: 'Allow agent to reject' setting is ignored on Queue Transfer- First queue from which chat is transferred , allows agents to reject, but when same chat is transferred to another queue[does not allow agents to reject], agents are still able to reject(see reject option)Steps to Reproduce 1. Hop into any Paris/Quebec instance and with two active awa_queue2. For First queue, select an assignment rule and select 'Allow Agents to Reject'3. For second queue, select another assignment rule and do not select 'Allow Agents to Reject'4. In one window, impersonate an Agent from first queue and make him available in Agent Workspace5. In another window, initiate live agent chat as end user, accept chat as first agent6. In third window impersonate second Agent and make him available in Agent Workspace.7. Now transfer chat to second queue as first AgentActual Behavior: Second Agent can see option to reject chat [even though he is member of second group, for which we did not select 'Allow Agents to Reject']Expected Behavior: Second Agent should not see option to Reject ChatWorkaroundThis behavior is working as expected. We do not apply Advanced Work Assignment configuration in transfer use cases. For example when we show available agents, we show all agents irrespective of they are in the right eligibility group etc. Same case in this use case. When we transfer to agent, we just check if he is available. We do not check if he is part of that eligibility group or whether he can reject or not etc.Related Problem: PRB1514365
