This is part of the Account Recovery (ACR) feature. The ACR User [acr_user] table is excluded and preserved by default during a clone operation. If the user_name value in the acr_user table on the target instance is overwritten by the clone, or if ACR was not configured on the target instance before the clone, the local admin account cannot log in via side_door.do after the clone completes. This is a common scenario when a local admin account is used to disable SSO or adjust non-production-specific configuration after a clone, but the ACR configuration was not set up on the target instance beforehand.
