Service classification of a service offering should be defaulted to that of the parent.


Description

When the customer creates a business or technical service and then add a service offering the service classification of the offering is not set.

Steps to Reproduce

1. CSDM > Sell and Consume > Business Service
2. Create new business service
3. Under the Service Offerings tab - add a new offering.
4. CSDM > Sell and Consume > Business Service Offering
5. The new offerings are not shown

Workaround

To resolve this:
1. Go to the service offering table and find the new service offerings (https://<INSTANCE_NAME>.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=%2Fservice_offering_list.do)
2. Note that the Service Classification field is empty
3. Update the Service Classification field to 'Business Service'
4. The new offerings are now listed under CSDM > Sell and Consume > Business Service Offering
