Users should not have both roles. If you remove "snc_external" or the related role that contains it such as "vendor_contact", then the user will be able to access the Idea Portal. NEXT STEPS: 1. Navigate to User Administration > Users 2. In the "Name" column search for the user and go to the record 3. In the Roles related list, click "Edit..." 4. Remove "vendor_contact" from the list (since this contains the "snc_external" role under it) 5. Save
