Removing snc_external, or a role that contains it such as vendor_contact, restores access to the Idea Portal. Navigate to User Administration > Users.In the Name column, search for the user and open the record.In the Roles related list, select Edit...Remove vendor_contact from the list, as this role contains snc_external.Select Save.
