Users are not able to view the KB article details , field values are hidden for users (apart from admin)Issue Users (apart from admins) are not able to view the KB article entry details in the fulfiller list view. Not all fields on kb_knowledge table is visible to usersResolutionSince the affected knowledge records belong to the knowledge base which is created under Application Scope - Human Resource :Core . Only global ACL's are granting access to users on fields like kb_knowledge.number or kb_knowledge.article_type hence articles associated with knolwedge base in global scope are visible to users but not the one's that are under HR scope.Once we have created two field-level ACL under Application Scope - Human Resource :Core we were able to see that users are able to see the hidden fields.
