However, issue records with a response of "accept" remain open, while issue records with a response of "remediate" correctly move to "closed incomplete". The related Control/Risk for all issues also moves to "Retired" status, but the associated issue records are not set to "closed incomplete". The root cause is that the issue records which do not transition to "closed incomplete" have an empty item field (Control/Risk). The transition is not related to the issue response being "remediate" or "accept".
