Discovery is not populating Disk Space for Linux serversIssue The Disk space is no populated for a linux server.From the Linux server log, the below error message is seen.Library 'Linux - Storage' not executing due to being disabled.But upon checking the Library 'Linux - Storage', it is active.ReleaseALLCause1) Further troubleshooting, The shared library "Linux - Storage" is not running during linux discovery. Linux - Storage 2021-07-19 16:45:54: Library 'Linux - Storage' not executing due to being disabled. 2) The reason the above shared library was not running during Linux discovery is that "Unix Storage" device info tab was disabled under "Unix servers and computers" on the "Discovery Configuration Console". Please refer to the screenshots for the same. Discovery Configuration Console is used to manage what kind of CIs and CI information you want to discover. Resolution1) Enable the "Unix Storage" device info tab and run the discovery for IP 10.77.235.10 and the Library "Linux - Storage" will be executing now.Linux - Storage 2021-07-20 17:22:34: Library 'Linux - Storage' executing 2) Disk space will be updated on CI after discovery now.
