Zooming out a Case form maes user unable to access the View Full Article


Description

Agent Workspace > Related Search Results > KB Article > More Actions menu disappears when zooming to 90% or more.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to CSM Workspace.
2. Open any Case.
3. Zoom out to 80%.
4. Click on the Agent Assist.
5. Search for knowledge base.
6. Click on the knowledge and try to click on the three dots which has the View Full Article. The UI Action can not be seen as it is flickering.

Workaround

After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and the cost and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or near future releases. We do not make this decision lightly, and we apologise for any inconvenience.
