Empty applies_to field in indicator form in workspace deactivates the related controls/risksDescriptionFor a new indicator, the 'Applies to' field is not populated, even though the entity is applied to the field. When saving the indicator form without 'Applies to' empty, the field is getting cleared in the entity, which triggers related business rules and deactivates the related controls/risks. There is a platform defect targeted to San Diego DEF0189183.Steps to Reproduce "Control Indicators > New > For the control field add any control in Monitor status > Click on Save > click on again save > Following warnings appear:""The risks and controls associated with this entity are updated and moved into retired state.""and ""Item generation has been initiated.
