If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In or Intended Fix Version fields to determine whether any versions have a planned or permanent fix. Also, please note that Pivot Table reports are no longer supported and we advise using the Multilevel Pivot Table type instead. Here is an extract of the documentation about it: "Note: Pivot tables are no longer supported. If you have a problem with a pivot table report, open the report and change the type to Multilevel pivot table. The multilevel pivot table report is more stable and has more features than the pivot table." To export Multilevel Pivot Table reports to PDF, you must enable the 'Webkit HTML to PDF' [com.snc.whtp] Plugin as mentioned here.
