The 'Convert to application service' UI action runs without any warning that the process is irreversible Description In cmdb_ci_service, the convert to application service button converts business services in bulk. Reverting this action is not possible, and there is no warning message.

Steps to Reproduce

Navigate to cmdb_ci_service. Click the Convert to application service button. Click OK on next screen. All relevant services are converted without any further notification or warning.

Workaround This problem is fixed in an upcoming release. There is no workaround available. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In section to determine the latest version with a permanent fix your instance can be upgraded to.
