This is due to the interaction of the "Abort write actions for inactive task" and the "Sync CI with Affected CIs" BR's even thought the order of the first BR is 120 and the second one is 100. It appears that the "Sync CI with Affected CIs" BR may be taking too long to run so the abort BR is running and posting the error message.Steps to Reproduce 1. In a Quebec instance impersonate a non-admin user (Problem Coordinator A).2. Find or create a Problem ticket in the resolved state with no cmdb_ci populated.3. fill in the cmdb_ci field and move the ticket to closed. Observe the update will still go through, but there will be an error message at the top of the page.WorkaroundThis problem has no workaround, is under review and targeted to be fixed in a future release.
