Steps to Reproduce

login into instance https://latesttrackhrmay11.service-now.com/ (admin, admin) search. for Employee centre and open portal in new tab. and in the Employee Centre portal click on the chat

and now in platform view search for Hr Case, click on ALL under HR Case Management -> All Hr Cases -> All after clicking on ALL should be able to see ALL HR cases. open an HR cases update short description multiple times with multiple values. (to generate multiple notifications)

next in the employee centre observe in VA chat multiple notifications arrive. and should be able to see show me everything also multiple times. PFA for screenshots.
