No message announced when deleting a record when using NVDA voiceover Description When using NVDA voiceover, no message is announced when deleting a record.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to application and navigate to seismic view ( /demo/baseaw/list/params/list-id/e5a46da473201010a0a79329faf6a758/tiny-id/ee78219f1be83010970e64a1b24bcbad ). 2. Open any incident record. 3. Click on "..." beside the save button and click on "Delete". 4. Mouse hover or use tab key to navigate on to the message "Delete this record". The message is not read out.
