Legacy workspace shows Last Refresh Tomorrow when doing refresh list


Description

Users in certain timezones are experiencing error that displays time updated as occurring in the future.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to /now/workspace/agent/
2. Goto My Cases
4. Click on 'Refresh list'
Last refreshed shows Tomorrow.

Workaround
