Suggestions pop-up does not close when clicked outside of the pop-up area Description Users are unable to close the suggestions pop-up when clicking outside of the pop-up area.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open any existing model's intent or create one. 2. Add an utterance like "install java". 3. Wait for the underline (suggestion) to appear for java. 4. Click on java and wait for the suggestion pop-up to display. 5. Click outside of the pop-up to try to close it.

As a workaround, the pop-up can be closed by clicking on the suggested word.
