Workflow uninitialized request item in task shows "Catalog item removed" when request is waiting for approval Description An uninitialized request item in task shows "Catalog item removed" when the request is waiting for approval.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load the attached update set StageRendererUpdateSet.xml 2. Set the property glide.ui.list.allow_extended_fields back to true 3. Order the "SRI Progress Bar" item 4. Navigate to task.list 5. Configure > List Layout to add the Stage [Requested Item] field and include the Extended field (in the maroon-colored group) "Stage [Requested Item]" 6. Save 7. Filter to show "Task type" "Requested Item"

The Stage column shows a Red (X) with text "Catalog item removed (Catalog item removed)". The column does not expand to show the five stages and the current "Waiting for Approval (In progress)".
