the affected CI on Change requests are not getting removed if we update the configuration item and try to move to the next state. Description On change requests when you change the configuration item and click request approval the first affected CI does not get removed even though the CI was changed.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a new normal change Fill in the CI field and the assignment group, then click Save. Upon reloading you will see that there is an affected CI matching the CI. Now change the configuration item and then click request approval. Upon reloading you will see that the previous CIs affected CI is still there and the new one has not been added. If you open the context menu and click revert to new the change will go back to the new state and the second CI will then have a matching affected CI but the previous one is also still there.

Workaround This problem has been fixed. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In or Intended Fix Version fields to determine whether any versions have a planned or permanent fix.
