Azure Blueprint provision does not work against creating a new resource groupDescriptionCatalog items related to Azure show the option visible on the order form to select or create a resource group for provisioning of resources on the Azure datacenter. Users can select or fill the resource group value, create a resource group, or select resource group variables that are not showing on the order form.Steps to Reproduce 1. Enable Azure Blueprint.2. Make sure Discovery runs successfully for Azure.3. Create a Blueprint. Note that Resource group is not shown even if specifying "yes". Provisioning also fails with the error:Failed to execute API - Failed with status code and message: undefined: Value for mandatory field(s) is not specified. Please input value for field(s) -ResourceGroup. (script_include:AzureNetworkNIC; line 45)WorkaroundThe creation of any new Blueprint has been discontinued since Orlando. Existing catalog items will have these variables visible on the order form, so this issue does not impact existing Blueprints. However no customer instances since Orlando can create new Blueprints, so will not run into this issue.Related Problem: PRB1503661
