Mac devices are not getting discoveredIssue Mac device discovery got stuck in classification stage. There is result in Unix - Classify input record as below: <output>Darwin DSA027093 20.5.0 Darwin Kernel Version 20.5.0: Sat May 8 05:10:33 PDT 2021; root:xnu-7195.121.3~9/RELEASE_X86_64 x86_64</output> It was supposed to finish the discovery normally or at least move on to the next level after classification, but it just stayed there.ResolutionUnix - Classify Sensor probes check if there is any result for "Unix - Classify".It is a multi-probe and also includes other probes along with "UNIX - OS" probe. This probe actally brings uname -a result.Once all the probes in "includes probes" list are executed, "UNIX - Classify" sensor would get triggered. It checks if there is an error in "Unix - Classify" probe result. It will terminate the execution and will not be moved to the identification phase if there are any errors during other probes execution. The resolution is to make sure that all the probes list under the "includes probes" section are working good.Related LinksServiceNow Discovery Landing Page
