Log in as admin on the desktop browser.2. Go to "Field Service -> Work Order -> Create New".3. Set "Company" to "Wonka Inc", "Short description" to any characters then click "Ready for Qualification".4. Click to open the associated Work Order Task from the related list.5. Set the following fields for the Work Order Task.Dispatch group: California DispatchersAssignment group: San Diego South CentralAssigned to: Tyree Courrege6. Impersonate the user "Tyree Courrege".7. Refresh the Work Order Task.8. Click the "Accept" button.9. Click the "Start Work" button.10. Log in as "Tyree Courrege" via Agent Mobile App on an Android device.11. Download Cache and go to Offline mode12. Go to "My Work -> My Tasks"13. Click to open the Work Order Task created just now.14. Click on the form menu and select "Questionnaires".Expected behavior:The Questionnaires should start.Actual behavior:The agent cannot take Questionnaires.
