Azure and AWS deletion events do not properly set the state and status of CI Description Azure and AWS deletion events do not properly set the state and status of CI:

> Install status is set to 100 (Absent)

> Operational status and state are left unchanged

Steps to Reproduce

> Migrate CAPI to Patterns

> Configure Azure / AWS events to the instance

> Create resources (vm,lb etc)

> Observe the events occur to sn_cmp_cloud_event table

> Observe the state and status

> Delete the resources and observe the events

> Observe that the state and status of CI is incorrectly populated

Workaround Please install attached updateset.
