Loading sc_req_item.list with stage column is slower than prior to paris patch 4 / orlando patch 10 Description Loading sc_req_item.list with stage column is slower when a flow has been modified, but not executed for a large number of requested items.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a flow triggered by Service Catalog with several stages. Associate the flow with a catalog item. Order the item 100 times. Open sc_req_item.list. Ensure the stage column is shown and configure it to load 100 rows. Observe how long the page takes to load. Navigate to Flow Designer and modify anything in the flow from step 1 and publish. This flushes the plans and stages from the cache and the plan is not cached because it needs recompile. Repeat step 4. Observe that loading the page takes much longer than before.

Workaround When loading sc_req_item.list, configure the page to load fewer rows per page, i.e. 10
