If the above conditions are true, Navigate to sys_cluster_control.LIST.Locate an entry with the name 'MCP' with value 'true'.Set the value to 'false' and execute the upgrade job manually.Verify the upgrade logs. The Upgrade Monitor should refresh after a few minutes.
