The portal would display 'User Unauthorised' message when trying to download attachments.Release or EnvironmentQuebec and upCauseThis issue occurs only for users who donot have snc_internal role and have snc_external role and an ACL stopping them from uploading attachments in portal.Resolution1)Debug using Debug All Security and find the ACL causing the issue 2)Add the required role 'snc_external' in ACL or Add the required role mentioned on the ACL to the user(if it does not cause issue , as per business requirement)
