Hop to anu Orlando instance.2. Go to the portal record for 'sp'3. Open the associated theme record ( La Jolla)4. Select 'CSM Unified Portal Footer' for footer, set 'Fixed footer' to true and save the record5. Go to sys_user table and create a user. 6. Login to the instance in mobile browser with the user credentials7. Go to the below link :https://demonightlyorlando.service-now.com/sp8. Notice that the virtual agent chat icon does not show up at the bottom of the screen.9.
