"There are no agents available at the moment. Please try again later." message is not displayed when agent is not available
On the instance, from the "Chat Queue", choose schedule as "8-5 weekdays" and ensure agent is not available
Configure any adapter Slack/Teams/Workplace
Type "hi' in middle of conversation or type "agent"
"Sorry..." message is displayed
"There are no agents available at the moment. Please try again later." message should be displayed
New York onwards, the 'Chat with agent' button itself won't show up if no agents are available if you type 'hi' in the middle of a conversation.
This is working per product design.
