Bad SNMP OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.5596.10.6.4.1 causes unsupported Cisco/Tandberg Video Conferencing devices to classified as IP Switches (95MXP/6000MXP/880MXP)

Description

A bad OID was added in Orlando for Cisco/Tandberg Video Conferencing devices. This is not an IP Switch, and is not supported by Discovery out-of-box. An IP Switch CI gets created for it, when instead Classification should fail.

/discovery_snmp_oid.do?sys_id=092f75be0f9733000aff0e62ff767e82
1.3.6.1.4.1.5596.10.6.4.1
Classifier: Standard Network Switch
Table: IP Switch
Manufacturer: Tandberg ASA
Model: TANDBERG 6000MXP

This OID is also bad, which is some sort of DNS based load balancer:
/discovery_snmp_oid.do?sys_id=b3ae3d3e0f9733000aff0e62ff767e70
1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.519
Classifier: Standard Network Switch
Table: IP Switch
Manufacturer: ciscoSystems
Model: ciscoStandbyGSSM

Steps to Reproduce

Discover a Cisco/Tandberg Video Conferencing device with OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.5596.10.6.4.1. e.g. a Cisco TelePresence System Edge 95 MXP

Expected behaviour:
IP Phones/Video Conferencing devices are not supported, so the device history should not create a CI and just log "Active: Couldn't Classify"

Actual behaviour:
An IP switch class CI will be created, with a description such as:

TANDBERG Codec
SoftW: F7.0 PAL
MCU: TANDBERG Edge 95MXP
Date: 2008-05-21
S/N: 26A19870
BootSW: Rev. 1.15, 2008-01-04
Board: 101070 rev. 07
System OID: 1.3.6.1.4.1.5596.10.6.4.1
