Steps to Reproduce

Release - Quebec Patch 1 Hot Fix 1 1.Go to any catalog item Standard Laptop in the platform 2.Select Edit in Catalog Builder from the platform, this creates a Standard Laptop Draft version, in the catalog builder 3.Delete a draft publish item, breaks "edit in the builder" and "cancel checkout" ui actions

Workaround There is a field called "checked_out" on the catalog item. For the workaround, you can set the value of it as false.
