Service Offerings subscribers "Available for Subscribers" - Service Catalog Item/Order GuideDescriptionUsers who are part of the "Available for Subscribers" service offerings that are linked to a catalog item that is part of an Order guide are unable to submit the item. They can see the item on the catalog form view page, but it vanishes as soon as they pick it.CauseThis is an expected behavior.ResolutionWhen a catalog item is not associated with any offering, the default behavior is to show the catalog item to everyone. As soon as a catalog item is attached to an offering, the default behavior is to hide it from everyone unless that catalog item is explicitly made available for the user via 5 subscription tables on the SPM side or it has made available to the user via User Criteria or entitlement on the Service Catalog side. The 5 tables are: Available for companies (sc_cat_item_company_mtom)Available for department (sc_cat_item_dept_mtom)Available for group (sc_cat_item_group_mtom)Available at Locations (sc_cat_item_location_mtom)Available for user (sc_cat_item_user_mtom) You also have the corresponding not available version of these tables. The last table is used to "Sends an email to a specified user group when a new catalog item has been created from a service offering. The email asks that the new catalog item be reviewed and prepared for activation in the catalog." Reference: Service Portfolio Management Premium notifications Available for Subscriber (sc_cat_item_subscribe_mtom) Service Catalog and the SPM team are aware of this functionality/design. They would consider this and make a decision on this one.
