Project Baseline is not being created after Promoting Forecast Plan [Legacy Portfolio Workbench] Issue When using the Legacy Portfolio Workbench , you are finding that the Baseline for one or some of your Projects is not being created when you are Promoting the Forecast Plan .

Cause This could be happening because the Forecast Plan Version is missing the Project Relation from it's Plan Items which are supposed to be linked to this Project .

Resolution Find the Plan Version [itfm_plan_version] which you are Promoting (The Name = Fiscal period + Portfolio Name ) Open this record Navigate to the 'Plan Items' Related List Add a Filter for Portfolio Task = (This is the Project which the Baseline did NOT generate for) Add the 'Project' Field to the List View Populate the 'Project' Field so it is matching the 'Portfolio Task' Field Save the records Now Re-promote the Forecast

Note: To open the Plan Version Table please type "itfm_plan_version.LIST" in the Filter Navigator
