Work Notes and Additional comments not showing as condition fields on the Notification form (sysevent_email_action)
1- Hop to any OOB Quebec instance
2- Go to any incident table record on the Notification form (sysevent_email_action)
eg below URL
3- Right Click on the "condition" and click "Configure Dictionary"
4- add the attribute "condition_builder=v2"and save
5- Now go to Step 2 records, the "additional comments" field is not shown in the drop down and as well the operators are missing
