Steps to Reproduce

Hop to any OOB Quebec instance 2 Go to any incident table record on the Notification form (sysevent_email_action) eg below URL https:// .service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sysevent_email_action.do?sys_id=0d51edbac0a80164006963b000ff644e 3 Right Click on the "condition" and click "Configure Dictionary" 4 add the attribute "condition_builder=v2"and save 5 Now go to Step 2 records, the "additional comments" field is not shown in the drop down and as well the operators are missing Workaround After carefully considering the severity and frequency of this problem and the risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or future releases. We do not make these decisions lightly, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
